The Wall Street Journal reports on hospitals' efforts to admist to grievous medical errors and learn how to prevent them in the interests of patient safety and a reduction of lawsuits. YouTube has also jumped on the band wagon to market this significant mission. "The Faces of Medical Errors," appears on YouTube and will initiate a series of 12 case studies highlighting the each stage of disclosing, analyzing, and changing proactices to prevent medical errors.
